Donating an item is a powerful way to get involved—especially if you prefer to know exactly where your contribution is going. Whether it’s a door prize or a silent auction item, this kind of giving gives you more control over your spending while still making a meaningful impact. Every item donated helps us raise funds and spread joy at the event.
Prize Donation
One of the most unique and engaging elements of this event is our Video Scavenger Hunt — a fun, interactive activity designed to break the ice and encourage guests to mingle, connect, and participate. Throughout the event, door prizes valued at $99 or less will be awarded at random to guests whose videos are playing during our live projection slideshow. It’s a playful way to keep the energy high and the room buzzing with connection.

Because no financial transactions can take place on-site, prize donations valued at $100 or more will be featured in our Virtual Silent Auction, which will run during the two weeks leading up to the event and close the night before. Winners will claim their prizes live at the event, making for an exciting and memorable celebration.

As part of this event, we are preparing approximately 90 pampering swag bags—thoughtfully curated with comfort, care, and dignity in mind. Of these, at least 60 will be donated directly to women receiving services through Hubbard House, offering a tangible reminder that they are seen, valued, and supported. The remaining bags will be gifted to top-tier event donors as a thank-you for their generosity.

Inside, they’ll also find a keepsake card—one side will feature an inspiring message or quote to uplift and motivate, while the other will spotlight the incredible businesses who made it all possible.

Every contributing business will be recognized by name, along with a note on what they donated and how to contact them directly. It’s our way of celebrating the power of connection—and giving guests the opportunity to support those who support women.
